Done.&lt;br /&gt;Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I may start this back up once I find out why I'm gaining weight for no reason and why my energy is in the shitter. I did level 3 tonight just to try it out (minus my weights, because they are MIA for some reason)&lt;br /&gt;I'm dying.&lt;br /&gt;Sweating.&lt;br /&gt;My legs are very wobbly.&lt;br /&gt;I have rug burn on my elbows because I have no mat.&lt;br /&gt;My arms are burning and wobbly.&lt;br /&gt;And I ended up flipping off Jillian at the end of the session.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Man oh man, I'm still exhausted.&lt;br /&gt;From what?&lt;br /&gt;Couldn't tell ya.&lt;br /&gt;I'm just T-I-R-E-D for no dern reason at all!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 more nights on level 2!!!&lt;br /&gt;I will be doing some Wii Fit tonight as well .... probably 10-15 min of step class and a round or two of hula hoop!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I woke up at 157.6 today!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://tinypic.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 351px; HEIGHT: 410px" height="544" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic" src="http://i49.tinypic.com/wiafxy.jpg" width="351" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't know. My period has kicked my ass this month.&lt;br /&gt;The past 4 days I've literally woken up tired. Spent the days with no energy at all and have been eating like crap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I dont know how much I weigh, I refuse to get on the scale until tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;I will do my best to motivate myself into starting back up tonight even though I'm just exhausted today.&lt;br /&gt;I volunteer at church from 4-8 so I will do my exercise when I get home!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I WILL do this and see it to the end! I've skipped a few days here and there but when I do work out, I work damn hard and I can feel the difference!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ate like total crap yesterday. I will go back and edit/update my eats from lunch/dinner.&lt;br /&gt;I had a healthy dinner but then we hit a gas station after church and I went haywire!&lt;br /&gt;I ate 3 out of 4 pieces of a individual pizza, half a bag of salt &amp;amp; vinegar potato chips and a Reeses Whipped candy bar.&lt;br /&gt;I felt like crap afterwards. And I've made peace with that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I'm getting back on the wagon with this shred. UGH!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I gained 2lbs. Scale said 158 this morning.&lt;br /&gt;FTW&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know its normal to fluctuate and you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Blah. Blah. Blah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;I took a picture of the scale and of my lunch. But I lost my memory card.&lt;br /&gt;No joke. I suck at life. :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I set it on the computer desk as I was coming in here to eat. It somehow got knocked off the desk and is now M.I.A.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*pout* *cry*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;(i also had about 47 pictures on it i took of my kids playing outside yesterday)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So anyway .... workout will be tonight after the kidlets are in bed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I won't lie. I'm on my period and I feel like shit. I'm tired. I'm in a pissy mood.&lt;br /&gt;And all I want to do is lay in bed watching tv with a giant bag of salt &amp;amp; vinegar potato chips and a huge bottle of chocolate milk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My lower abs are slowly becoming not &lt;em&gt;as&lt;/em&gt; sore as they were but I can still feel that they are being worked.&lt;br /&gt;My back hurts. Screw you Jillian and you're evil ass pushups! My arms are twitching and shaking as I type this. Daaayum!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok, so I skipped days 8-10. Clearly I suck at life. But whatevs.&lt;br /&gt;I was so sick this past weekend with a horrible cold. All day yesterday I was having dizzy spells on top of it all.&lt;br /&gt;I had no motivation to exercise or to eat right. I probably could have NOT told my husband to stop at Braums and get me a brownie sundae. And I probably could not have eaten the whole thing in record time. I received some bad news about a relative and its not looking good.&lt;br /&gt;Last night I needed comfort food so for dinner I had 2 bowels of mac &amp;amp; cheese covered in ketchup.&lt;br /&gt;I woke up this morning to the scale saying 158.8. I weighed myself several times to make sure it was right. After my shower I got on again and it said 157.6. I think my battery is dying so I'll grab one tonight when I go to the store.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll do my workout tonight with hubby when the kids go to bed. I've been getting nauseous the past 3 days and I have no clue why. Its bad enough to require Pepto.&lt;br /&gt;Wednesdays are my busy days. I drive 40min to take my daughter to gymnastics in the morning and don't get home till around 1pm. Then I have to be to work (I only work 1 day a week at my church) at 5:15pm so that means we have to eat dinner by 4pm-ish. I get about an hour of down time before I need to start cooking.&lt;br /&gt;Its going to be a challenge to get my Shred done today but I'll try my best!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My scale read 156.6 this morning...so I maintained! WOOT! I didn't use weights and I followed Anita. I also modified some of the exercises so I am not completely exhausted when I do it with DH in about a half hour.&lt;br /&gt;I did not do bicycle crunches, instead I did a combo of regular and side crunches.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Twice in 1 day for no reason .... I started following the chick inthe red shorts. I was dripping sweat!&lt;br /&gt;I thought day 1 was bad, it was a cake walk (mmmm cake!) compaired to doing the exercises "full speed".&lt;br /&gt;Day 4 is done and getting better as I go!&lt;br /&gt;I weighed in at 158.2 this morning. I'm hoping I will continue seeing that # go down!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My 3yr old daughter, Aliya, particiapted with me today since my husband is down state working until tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;She really enjoyed the punches and crunches (sick kid, she can't possibly be mine).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I find that I really like the dumbell rows, punches &amp; butt kicks more than anything LOL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have I mentioned I am horrible about drinking? I hate water. I love diet soda. Milk doesnt always agree with me (it makes me feel queezy for some reason, but its hit and miss). I should probably be dead from dehydration by now. I don't normally drink anything until I eat for the first time of the day, which is normally 11am (or later).&lt;br /&gt;I'm making an effort to drink more. I didn't do day 2. My reason?&lt;br /&gt;I was exhausted. I was up at 6:30am with only 5 hours of sleep. Spent over 4 hours on my feet watching my sons tournament. Came home to get dinner ready, went to the mall, then went to church and then had date night at home with hubby.&lt;br /&gt;I went to bed in a lot of pain, my chest, arms and back were killing me!&lt;br /&gt;I woke up yesterday (1/16) at 157lbs.&lt;br /&gt;I ate like crap all day so today (1/17) I'm back up to 159lbs. This is the highest weight I've been at in over a year so I feel aweful about myself. :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterdays (1/16) eats....&lt;br /&gt;breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;mcdonalds sausage/egg/cheese mcmuffin. &lt;br /&gt;hasbrown&lt;br /&gt;biscut&lt;br /&gt;a few sips of oj and a 16oz diet mt dew.&lt;br /&gt;lunch:&lt;br /&gt;about 3 or 4 peanutbutter balls&lt;br /&gt;1 babybell cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 pickles&lt;br /&gt;1 small lowfat lemon blueberry muffin&lt;br /&gt;dinner:&lt;br /&gt;1 chicken breast w/bbq sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 bowl of salad w/green goddess dressing&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of mac &amp; cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 glass of sprite zero&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then we had at home date night with a wine/cheese tasting which was wine/4 different cheeses/crackers/grapes. &lt;br /&gt;i dont know how much i hate but i had 1 glass of sangria &amp; 1 bottle of mikes light hard cranberry lemonade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today &lt;br /&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;bowl of honey nut cherios w/2% milk&lt;br /&gt;3 peanutbutter balls (thankfully they are gone now!)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: &lt;br /&gt;chicken breast &amp; salad (leftovers from dinner)&lt;br /&gt;Snack:&lt;br /&gt;weight watchers boston cream pie yogur&lt;br /&gt;1/2 banana (it came out to half after my girls got done mooching)&lt;br /&gt;2 small sized dill pickles&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;pot roast w/carrots, potatos,onion &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did my "day 2" workout today at 2pm. Jillian Michaels is the devil!&lt;br /&gt;I went to Target to get a copy of the dvd since my Amazon order is still MIA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I made the mistake of doing my workout at almost 10pm after eating a really late dinner at IHOP. So that made it harder than it probably should have been. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My eating today consisted of:&lt;br /&gt;(no breakfast)&lt;br /&gt;lunch:&lt;br /&gt;2 supreme chalupa's and 1 soft taco from Taco Bell.&lt;br /&gt;2 peices of salt water taffy&lt;br /&gt;1 large diet dr pepper&lt;br /&gt;B12 and 500mg cinnamon supplement&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;3 small strawberry/banana pancakes&lt;br /&gt;hasbrowns, 2 scrambled eggs and 1 peice of bacon&lt;br /&gt;1 diet coke&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My eating today sucked. It probably wont be much better tomorrow due to going to my son's wrestling tournament.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My workout.....was hard but great! I made it all the way through. I did have to pause the DVD after 10min to get some water but I am I am proud of myself. &lt;br /&gt;My husband decided to do it with me and I'm so glad he is working out with me, its more fun with a buddy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started my day off at &lt;strong&gt;159&lt;/strong&gt;lbs .... yes I gained weight because I went on carb overload yesterday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tested my blood sugar before starting the workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;At 9:39pm it was 117&lt;br /&gt;At 10:14pm it was 96&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Awesome!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On to day 2! I've held steady between 152lbs and 158lbs for the past year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's time to start fresh.&lt;br /&gt;New year. New me. New goal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I stand at 157.6lbs. &lt;br /&gt;My goal is 135lbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am back on my low carb/sugar diet. Still taking Metformin. I've began taking cinnamon pills and vitamin B12 to help boost my metabolism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The message board I own, we are starting a 30 Day Shred challenge starting on January 15th. There are about 7 of us who will be doing this.&lt;br /&gt;I'm excited to see the results we all get from this challenge!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As soon as we start I will post my "BEFORE" picture. I will also do a halfway and "AFTER" picture!&lt;br /&gt;Everyday I will try to post my experience with the work out and what I have eaten for the day. No hiding.
