Day 1

Hoooly crap. Jillian Michaels is the devil!
I went to Target to get a copy of the dvd since my Amazon order is still MIA.

I made the mistake of doing my workout at almost 10pm after eating a really late dinner at IHOP. So that made it harder than it probably should have been.



My eating today consisted of:
(no breakfast)
lunch:
2 supreme chalupa's and 1 soft taco from Taco Bell.
2 peices of salt water taffy
1 large diet dr pepper
B12 and 500mg cinnamon supplement
Dinner:
3 small strawberry/banana pancakes
hasbrowns, 2 scrambled eggs and 1 peice of bacon
1 diet coke

My eating today sucked. It probably wont be much better tomorrow due to going to my son's wrestling tournament.

My workout.....was hard but great! I made it all the way through. I did have to pause the DVD after 10min to get some water but I am I am proud of myself.
My husband decided to do it with me and I'm so glad he is working out with me, its more fun with a buddy!

I started my day off at 159lbs .... yes I gained weight because I went on carb overload yesterday.

I tested my blood sugar before starting the workout.
At 9:39pm it was 117
At 10:14pm it was 96

Awesome!!!

On to day 2! I can't wait!
