Day 7

I'm a slacker....I skipped day 6. I came home from work absolutly exhausted and my back was killing me!
But I showed a little willpower! Normally I come home from work and get a snack, last night I did not! I drank a glass of diet pepsi, took my metformin and went to bed! *pats self on back*


I woke up today to being 155.8lbs!!!! YAY!!!!





Workout done by 11am. I am seriously getting bored with it so I blasted some music in the background to see if it would help.



It did .... kinda.

You may ask why I take pics of my food. I take pics of some things that I eat that I really like so I can remind myself that there is healthy stuff in this house that I *want* to eat! LOL



That and I love playing with my camera! :)


Today's eats

Breakfast:
the Weight Watchers yougurt I didn't eat yesterday (it ended up being only half of the yogurt, once my girls saw I had it they came running to mooch)
the little granola packet that came with my mcdonalds parfait yesterday
diet pepsi

Lunch:
Baked chicken breast & salad with salsa & a dollop of sour cream (I was really craving Taco Bell today so this is my substitute)
cup of Celestial Seasons Black Berry Cherry tea (nothing added to it)


Snack:
probably more than I should have ate portion of trail mix
(peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins and m&ms)

Yet another snack:
2 pickles
probably close to half a bag of microwave popcorn (shared it with my girls)
1 cup of hot green tea w/lemon (nothing added)


Dinner:
Chicken breasts made in the crockpot.
Shredded and mixed in with mac & cheese and broccoli like a gumbo


Let me show you my favorite teas .... This is my way of drinking water.
I hate water, but these yummy (no cal/no sugar/no carb/no caffine) tea's make it bearable!!


I've discovered today that my girls go nuts over these hot tea's! I have had to share every cup I made today so far. The cherry seems to be a big hit!
