Wednesdays are my busy days. I drive 40min to take my daughter to gymnastics in the morning and don't get home till around 1pm. Then I have to be to work (I only work 1 day a week at my church) at 5:15pm so that means we have to eat dinner by 4pm-ish. I get about an hour of down time before I need to start cooking.
Its going to be a challenge to get my Shred done today but I'll try my best!!!
My scale read 156.6 this morning...so I maintained! WOOT! Which is awesome considering the huge shake I drank and oreo's I ate (mmmm oreo's!)

Today's eats......
Breakfast:
Wheat bun w/garlic humus
Weight Watchers strawberry cheesecake yogurt
Diet Pepsi
**I skipped the yogurt, my tummy felt rotten so I stuck it back in the fridge.

Snack:
McDonald's medium regular iced coffee
handful of raw almonds
Lunch:
I was soooo hungry that my stomach was screaming "angus burger & large fry!!!"
Nope I was good, 2 grilled honey mustard snack wraps & a small fruit/yogurt parfet
(and maybe a handful of fries I stole from the happy meals ;)
Dinner:
Walmart take-and-bake pepperoni pizza YUMMY! -- 2 slices
