Ok, so I skipped days 8-10. Clearly I suck at life. But whatevs.
I was so sick this past weekend with a horrible cold. All day yesterday I was having dizzy spells on top of it all.
I had no motivation to exercise or to eat right. I probably could have NOT told my husband to stop at Braums and get me a brownie sundae. And I probably could not have eaten the whole thing in record time. But you can't erase the past, especially when its attached to your ass and thighs.
But I'm feeling slightly better today (at least I"m not banished to the couch) and am excited to do level 2 tonight!
This morning my scale read 157.6 but then I realized I needed to change the battery and after I did that it came out at 158.2
Its depressing. I hate seeing that #. But it is what it is. And it is aweful.
It also doesnt help that I'm getting bloated for "that time of the month" so I dont think that # will go down for a while.
Anywho, I plan to do my exercise after the kids are in bed. Hubby will be gone till Wednesday so I'm on my own. :(
