Ok, 8pm and I just finished my workout.
I half-assed it with my 3yr old. I didn't use weights and I followed Anita. I also modified some of the exercises so I am not completely exhausted when I do it with DH in about a half hour.
I did not do bicycle crunches, instead I did a combo of regular and side crunches.
Twice in 1 day for no reason .... I must be crazy.
Or guilty conscience of all the junk I ate AFTER dinner *gulp*
6 oreo's with a half glass of 2% milk
chunk of ciabatta bread with spray butter (hey no cals in the butter!)
Oh and after our workout we're going to watch a movie (Inglorious Basterds) and eat popcorn.
He's on his way home right now with a giant fountain Diet Pepsi for me.
