I weighed in at 157.6 this morning.
Level 2 kicked my ass into gear and I worked so hard that I refused to have my pre-bedtime snack last night.
Touche' crazy exercise lady!

My back feels slightly sore, which is odd because I figured my arms would hurt.
*shrugs*
And as the day has gone by, my lower stomach feels a bit sore. Not painful, but you can tell muscles are being impacted by this.
WAIT! I have muscles under all those stretchmarks? Amazeballs!
Once again, I'll be doing my workout after the kids go to bed.
I'm feeling very tired today for some reason.
Anywho ..... So today..... I ate breakfast
*gasp*
I know right! Carazay!
Today's eats.....
(Oh and I am on a picture frenzy today BTW)
Breafast:
2 slices of Sara Lee Blueberry Crumble bread
1 cup of coffee with caramel macchiato creamer
(and yes I'm fully aware my Venom coffee cup is totally bad ass!)

Lunch:
Same as yesterday...salad w/chicken & artichoke hearts *drool*
wheat pita buns w/garlic humus
1 Baby Bel light cheese ball thingie
Diet Pepsi

Snack:
More coffe & mmm....

Dinner:
homemade beef stew in the crock pot (I'm a regular freakin Martha Stewart today!)
Recipe
1lb of lean beef tips
1 small bag of baby carrots
1/2 white onion chopped
1 package of frozen green beans
4 small potatoes sliced
1 can of beef broth
season to taste (I use garlic salt on everything)
throw in crockpot on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours
