Holy cow! I started following the chick inthe red shorts. I was dripping sweat!
I thought day 1 was bad, it was a cake walk (mmmm cake!) compaired to doing the exercises "full speed".
Day 4 is done and getting better as I go!
I weighed in at 158.2 this morning. I'm hoping I will continue seeing that # go down!
My 3yr old daughter, Aliya, particiapted with me today since my husband is down state working until tomorrow.
She really enjoyed the punches and crunches (sick kid, she can't possibly be mine).
I find that I really like the dumbell rows, punches & butt kicks more than anything LOL
Have I mentioned I am horrible about drinking? I hate water. I love diet soda. Milk doesnt always agree with me (it makes me feel queezy for some reason, but its hit and miss). I should probably be dead from dehydration by now. I don't normally drink anything until I eat for the first time of the day, which is normally 11am (or later).
I'm making an effort to drink more. So I found that Sprite Zero with a splash of Ocean Spray's diet blueberry pomogranate juice is yummy and I like drinking it!
Todays eats:
Breakfast:
skipped it ... bad I know
Lunch:
leftover pot roast w/carrots, onion, mushroom & potatos
pepsi max
3 double stuffed oreo's (eek)
Snack:
1 white chocolate strawberry ( i made a batch and had to try them out, ya know how that goes!)
handful of white chocolate pretzels (same as above)
water
Dinner:
salad & leftover pot roast meat
And my usual B12 (500mg) and Cinnamon supplements (100mg)
and if I forgot to mention, I'm also on Metformin (1500mg) daily (bedtime)
Thats about it for today. 6 more days till level 2!
I was told it involves alot of pushups and I dred it immensely because my upper body strength is horrid!
