I'm a slacker. I didn't do day 2. My reason?
I was exhausted. I was up at 6:30am with only 5 hours of sleep. Spent over 4 hours on my feet watching my sons tournament. Came home to get dinner ready, went to the mall, then went to church and then had date night at home with hubby.
I went to bed in a lot of pain, my chest, arms and back were killing me!
I woke up yesterday (1/16) at 157lbs.
I ate like crap all day so today (1/17) I'm back up to 159lbs. This is the highest weight I've been at in over a year so I feel aweful about myself. :(
Yesterdays (1/16) eats....
breakfast:
mcdonalds sausage/egg/cheese mcmuffin.
hasbrown
biscut
a few sips of oj and a 16oz diet mt dew.
lunch:
about 3 or 4 peanutbutter balls
1 babybell cheese
2 pickles
1 small lowfat lemon blueberry muffin
dinner:
1 chicken breast w/bbq sauce
1 bowl of salad w/green goddess dressing
1 cup of mac & cheese
1 glass of sprite zero
then we had at home date night with a wine/cheese tasting which was wine/4 different cheeses/crackers/grapes.
i dont know how much i hate but i had 1 glass of sangria & 1 bottle of mikes light hard cranberry lemonade.
Today
Breakfast:
bowl of honey nut cherios w/2% milk
3 peanutbutter balls (thankfully they are gone now!)
Lunch:
chicken breast & salad (leftovers from dinner)
Snack:
weight watchers boston cream pie yogur
1/2 banana (it came out to half after my girls got done mooching)
2 small sized dill pickles
Dinner:
pot roast w/carrots, potatos,onion
I did my "day 2" workout today at 2pm. Hubby did it with me, again :) but I may be on my own for the next one LOL
I volunteer at my church Sundays from 4-8p so I'll try my best to get my day 3 workout done by 9pm!
I'm gonna do this! My goal is to be confident enough to post a before & after picture at the end of the 30 days!
